Naveh Shuster acquired this Upper West Side property in February 2010. Its location and proximity to Columbia University ensured high demand for the rental units. The existing 21 units were renovated and partially modified from 2 to 4 bedroom apartments in high standard, creating apartments that stood out in comparison with the local market. A 6th floor was added (after obtaining the necessary permit), as well as an on-site superintendent's apartment in the basement. Two years later, in March 2012, Shuster sold the property and generated great value.
